and we will cut wood out of Lebanon, as much as you shall need; and we will bring it to you in floats by sea to Joppa; and you shall carry it up to Jerusalem.

Lebanon and Tyre supplied cedar and cypress from Phoenician territory, floated by sea to Joppa, the nearest suitable Mediterranean port for Jerusalem. From Joppa the timber would be transported inland to Jerusalem for Solomon’s temple, demonstrating the international cooperation God providentially provided.
