2 Corinthians 9:6-8

Achaia, the Roman province containing Corinth, and Macedonia, the neighboring province to the north, were regions whose churches contributed to Paul’s collection. Jerusalem was the destination for this relief aid to impoverished believers, giving concrete context to Paul’s exhortation about generous, willing giving.
