Ekron was a Philistine city on the coastal plain, where Ahaziah sought guidance from Baal-zebub instead of Israel’s God; Samaria was the capital of his northern kingdom, where he lay injured. Moab, east of the Dead Sea, is not mentioned in 2 Kings 1:4 itself.
