So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asaiah, went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe (now she lived in Jerusalem in the second quarter); and they talked with her.

Jerusalem was Judah’s capital and the site of the temple, where the rediscovered Book of the Law prompted Josiah’s reform. The Second Quarter was a district within Jerusalem, apparently where the prophetess Huldah lived, making it the setting for the officials’ consultation of her.
