Acts 10:25-26

[25] When it happened that Peter entered, Cornelius met him, fell down at his feet, and worshiped him. [26] But Peter raised him up, saying, "Stand up! I myself am also a man."

Caesarea, the Roman provincial center on the Mediterranean coast, is where Cornelius receives Peter from Joppa, prompting Peter’s refusal of worship as only a fellow servant. The other places trace the gospel’s setting: Jesus’ ministry began in Galilee and Nazareth, reached Jerusalem and Judea, and now extends through Peter’s journey from Joppa to Gentiles in Caesarea.
