Solomon’s Portico was a covered colonnade on the eastern side of the Jerusalem temple complex, where the apostles gathered publicly as signs and wonders accompanied their witness. Jerusalem, Israel’s religious center, made this setting especially significant, while Galilee is not mentioned in this verse.
