John 10:30-33

[30] I and the Father are one." [31] Therefore Jews took up stones again to stone him. [32] Jesus answered them, "I have shown you many good works from my Father. For which of those works do you stone me?" [33] The Jews answered him, "We don't stone you for a good work, but for blasphemy: because you, being a man, make yourself God."

Jesus speaks in Jerusalem at the temple, specifically in Solomon’s Portico, a covered colonnade where the authorities confront him about his identity. The Jordan marks the region east of Jerusalem where Jesus later withdraws after their attempt to stone him for claiming unity with the Father.
