What does the Bible say about god loves everyone?

The Bible teaches that God is loving, gracious, and patient toward all people, while His saving love is especially and effectually shown in Christ to those who believe. John 3:16 and Romans 5:8 proclaim God’s love in giving His Son for sinners, not because we deserved it but because of His mercy. God shows no partiality among peoples and calls all to repentance, as Acts 10:34-35 and 2 Peter 3:9 teach. Yet Scripture also says that those who do not believe remain under judgment. Because God first loved us, believers are called to reflect His character by loving neighbors and even enemies, as Matthew 5:43-48 and Mark 12:31 command.
