What does the Bible say about dating other races?

Bible Topic · WEB

The Bible does not forbid dating or marriage between people of different races, but calls believers to pursue relationships marked by faithfulness to Christ, sexual purity, and wise covenant commitment. Scripture teaches that God made all nations from one man and shows no partiality, as Acts 17:26, Acts 10:34-35, and Romans 2:11 affirm. In Christ, ethnic distinctions do not determine anyone’s worth or standing before God, according to Galatians 3:28 and Colossians 3:11. Deuteronomy 7:3-4 warns against marriages that would draw God’s people into idolatry, a concern about faith rather than race. Numbers 12:1 also shows God’s displeasure with racial contempt. Christians should therefore seek a spouse who shares genuine faith in Christ.
