What does the Bible say about husband being the spiritual leader?

The Bible calls husbands to lead their homes through humble, self-giving love under Christ's authority, never through harshness or domination. In Ephesians 5:22-33, marriage reflects Christ and the church: the husband is called to love his wife sacrificially, nourishing and cherishing her as his own body. First Corinthians 11:3 teaches an ordered relationship under God, while 1 Peter 3:7 commands husbands to live considerately with their wives and honor them as fellow heirs of grace.
