What does the Bible say about leader?

The Bible teaches that godly leaders are called to serve humbly, teach truth faithfully, and model holy character under Christ, the church’s supreme Shepherd. In 1 Timothy 3:1-13, overseers and deacons are measured chiefly by integrity, self-control, sound faith, and faithful care for their households and the church.
