What does the Bible say about more than conquerors?

Bible Topic · WEB

The Bible teaches that believers are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ, whose saving love secures them against every enemy and trial. Romans 8:37 declares that this victory comes not from human strength but through Christ who loved us, and Romans 8:35-39 assures us that suffering, persecution, death, and spiritual powers cannot separate God’s people from that love. United to Christ, believers are no longer condemned and are being conformed to Him in every circumstance (Romans 8:1-39, 28). Though Christians face real trouble, they overcome by trusting the risen Lord, putting on God’s armor, and resting in the greater One who dwells in them (John 16:33; Ephesians 6:11; 1 John 4:4).
