The Bible teaches that God alone created all things by his sovereign word, revealing his wisdom, power, goodness, and rightful authority over all creation. Genesis 1:1 declares God as the Maker of heaven and earth, while Genesis 2:4-5 shows his purposeful ordering and provision for the world. Hebrews 11:3 teaches that the visible universe was formed by God’s command, and Romans 4:17 praises him as the One who gives life and calls into being what does not exist. John 1:3 and Colossians 1:16 proclaim that all things were created through the eternal Son and for him.
