What does the Bible say about walking in your anointing?

The Bible teaches that God graciously sets apart and equips His people by the Holy Spirit to serve Christ faithfully, not to exalt themselves. Believers have an abiding anointing from the Spirit that grounds them in the truth of Christ and calls them to remain in Him (1 John 2:20, 27). God establishes us in Christ and gives His Spirit as a seal and guarantee (2 Corinthians 1:21-22). Jesus, uniquely anointed without measure, proclaimed good news and brought healing and freedom (Isaiah 61:1; Luke 4:18; Acts 10:38).
